“平” (píng) is an interactive metal sculpture designed to evoke a sense of nostalgia for playground experiences. Viewers are invited to sit on either side of the piece, engaging in a subtle, collaborative play with the person opposite them. Through this physical interaction, the work explores the dynamic equilibrium between two bodies, emphasizing how each participant instinctively responds to and compensates for the other's movements. "平" offers a contemplative experience on balance, connection, and the unspoken communication inherent in shared physical space.
