Parsons MFA Photo Class 2023
I had the incredible joy of photographing my amazing classmates from the Parsons MFA Photography Class of 2023, before our graduation. This is us, this is what we looked like in the summer of 2023. Hopefully, 10 years, 20 years, or even 30 years later, when any of you look at these photos again, they remind you of the time we spent together in New York City for 26 months. Remember the studios we only had in the summer, the darkroom we could only process and print B&W film, how messy the two grad rooms we had, the frustrating time we had during the strike, all the presentations we needed to sit through, the thesis defense that drove us crazy, and all the critiques that pushed us forward. These are just a few of the memories I have embedded in these beautiful portraits of you all. We’re going to be great!
